Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician located in Baltimore, MD. You will perform on-site repair and installation of standard kitchen equipment, manage parts inventory, and deliver professional customer support during service calls and installations.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, EPA Level 1 & 2 certifications, and the ability to work independently on a full-time basis in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in commercial installation and/or service and repair of foodservice equipment.
EPA Level 1 & 2 certifications minimum; universal preferred.
Technical/Trade school completion is a plus.
Able to pass a background check after offer.

Responsibilities

On-site repair and maintenance of standard kitchen equipment and simple ice machines on full on-call rotation.
Troubleshoot, test, and repair foodservice equipment.
Inventory management of parts and tools on the service vehicle.
Provide professional service and customer support during calls and installations.
