Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a skilled Service Technician - Hot side to support our commercial kitchen equipment customers in Houston, TX. This role diagnoses, repairs and maintains hot-side cooking equipment on customer sites to ensure reliability and safety for restaurants and other foodservice facilities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of experience, can read wiring diagrams, understands gas and electrical systems, and can lift 75+ pounds. CFESA certification or factory training are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience servicing commercial cooking equipment (hot side).
• Strong understanding of gas systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gas and electric cooking equipment including ranges, ovens, griddles, fryers, etc.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and gas-related issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Replace defective components and ensure safety standards are met.
• Provide on-site customer support and document service actions accurately.
