Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician for a full-time in-field role. You will service warewash and cold-side equipment, perform on-site repairs, and install components as needed. EPA certification is required.

Candidates should have strong customer interaction skills and the ability to work independently. The team offers an incentive plan, door-to-door compensation, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities toward senior technician

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical/Trade school preferred; minimum 1 year hands-on refrigeration or service experience.

Responsibilities

• On-site repair and maintenance for standard kitchen equipment and simple ice machines.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting and testing tasks.
• Survey safety devices and equipment regularly.
• Manage inventory and tools on the service vehicle.
• Independently service customers' foodservice equipment.
• Perform intermediate equipment installations.
• Inspect equipment for safety and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide detailed service reports via tablet and communicate with senior techs.
