Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support its commercial kitchen equipment customers in Orlando, FL. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gas and electric hot-side equipment in customer facilities to ensure equipment reliability and food safety.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of experience, knowledge of gas/electrical/mechanical systems, ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience servicing commercial cooking equipment (hot side).
• Strong understanding of gas systems, electrical and mechanical components.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and service manuals; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gas and electric cooking equipment including ranges, ovens, griddles, fryers, broilers, steamers, kettles, and combi ovens.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and gas-related issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Replace defective components such as thermostats, gas valves, heating elements, ignition systems, control boards, and safety devices.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
