Job summary

TriMark USA, the nation’s leading provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry, seeks a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician in Washington DC. You will service warewash and cold-side equipment in the field, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This full-time position requires EPA Level 1&2 certificates, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in commercial installation and/or service of foodservice equipment.
• Technical/trade school certification preferred, with refrigeration experience.
• EPA certifications Level 1 & 2 (universal preferred).
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• On-site repair and maintenance of standard kitchen equipment and simple ice machines.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting and installation tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools and parts on the service vehicle.
• Provide professional service reports and customer communication.
• Ensure safety and compliance during service calls.
