TriMark USA is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician located in Baltimore, MD. You will perform on-site repair and installation of standard kitchen equipment, manage parts inventory, and deliver professional customer support during service calls and installations.
The role requires 1–2 years of experience, EPA Level 1 & 2 certifications, and the ability to work independently on a full-time basis in a fast-paced environment.

The Service Technician is responsible for providing intermediate-level service, repair, and installation of foodservice equipment at customer locations. This role requires strong customer interaction skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently. This position offer an incentive plan, compensation from door to door and a tuition reimbursement program that can be used for certifications that may be needed to grow into a Senior Service Technician position.
Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
