BSH Home Appliances Corporation in Everett, WA is seeking a skilled Home Appliance Service Technician to diagnose and repair gas and electric appliances in customers’ homes. You will travel within the region, deliver first-time fixes, and provide clear, courteous service.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years repair experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently with a company vehicle. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience with appliance repair, or transferrable skills from electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades.
• Organized with the ability to complete multiple service calls in a timely manner daily while providing high levels of customer service.
• Provide updates and progress to manager on service requests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
• Solid diagnostic, troubleshooting skills and proficient in basic math
• Customer‑first mindset and strong professional communication and written skills
• Ability to explain repairs to customers in a logical manner
• Must be a self‑starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain a company provided vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances to ensure effective repair and first-time resolution.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on correct operation of their products to enable proper use.
• Maintain an up-to-date van stock of parts and safeguard them from damage.
• Utilize B-apps for paperwork and documentation.
• Ensure every job is completed with care, professionalism, and safety.
