Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair gas and electric appliances within a defined region.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Explain repairs clearly to customers and provide proper operation guidance.
• Maintain van stock and complete paperwork using B-apps for documentation.
• Ensure safety, professionalism, and high levels of customer service on every call.
