Qualifications

• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of services for residential and business customers.
• Conduct technical evaluations and assist with service changes and disconnects.
• Troubleshoot signals and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Log work orders and customer interactions for accuracy and follow-up.
