Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; DUI in past five years disqualifies.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluations for service feasibility at commercial properties.
• Perform installation tasks for voice, video, and data in homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE; maintain signal quality.
• Log work orders and referrals; coordinate with Field Operations and Business Services.
• Mentor teammates and cross-train on additional services as needed.
