Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. No experience is required, and paid training is provided with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour and potential quarterly bonuses.

As a Field Tech, you will perform installations and service changes, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on Midco services. A company vehicle, clothing, and tools are supplied to support you in delivering top value and service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a DUI conviction within the past five years will disqualify from employment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations and service changes at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE, ensuring good signal levels and picture quality.
• Act as liaison between Field Operations and Business Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on Midco services and help them access online help and guides.
• Log all work orders and referrals; assist with training and cross-training of team members.
