Job summary

Midco is hiring a Field Tech with starting pay $21.00 per hour. No experience needed and paid training is provided. A company vehicle, clothing and tools are supplied, with opportunities for career advancement and quarterly bonuses.

As a Field Technician, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers, ensuring optimal performance and value. You’ll perform site visits, on-call duties, and act as a friendly problem-solving advocate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license with clean record; DUI within past 5 years disqualifies.
• Complete Midco FTR certification within 90 days of hire and apply principles in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations and service changes/disconnects.
• Log information on work orders and ensure customer interactions are properly addressed.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

Valid driver's license with clean record (DUI within 5 years disqualifies)

Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days
