Job summary

Harmony Care Services LLC is seeking a Team Lead – Residential Services (HCS Program) to support our residential program. This field‑based role requires hands‑on leadership, guiding staff, coordinating transportation, and ensuring homes operate safely and in compliance with standards.

You will mentor staff and ensure quality care across multiple sites. You will travel between sites, perform on‑call coverage, train and coach new staff, manage daily operations, and maintain clean, safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background checks and state requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team support abilities.
• Ability to train, coach, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the community with transportation to programs, activities, and appointments.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative needs between sites.
• Ensure sites are stocked and operational; pick up supplies as needed.
• Provide shift coverage and participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Complete medication passes when required following standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized environments at sites.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Implement training of new staff to develop skills.
• Foster a positive culture with teamwork and accountability.
