Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a full-time Recruiter for field management roles, traveling to locations to identify top talent for our field partners. You will source, recruit and interview internal and external candidates, building relationships with talent pools across multiple markets.

The role requires strong sourcing instincts, travel up to 30-40% and a proactive, candidate-friendly approach to reduce turnover and improve long-term fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience preferred; strong sourcing instincts.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS systems preferred.
• Strong project management and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active talent via Indeed, LinkedIn, and other tools.
• Conduct internal and external interviews; provide feedback.
• Maintain job postings across boards and social media.
• Travel to field locations for direct recruiting and relationship building.
• Develop talent pipelines and extend offers.
