Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a field recruitment specialist to manage the full lifecycle of field management hiring. You will source, screen, interview internal and external candidates, and collaborate with field partners to fill open positions.

Travel up to 30-40% to field locations, build relationships with talent pools, and continuously refine recruiting practices to improve retention and quality of hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience preferred; strong sourcing instincts.
• Experience with ATS systems like iCIMS is a plus.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sources passive and active talent through Indeed, LinkedIn and other tools.
• Conducts internal and external interviews and provides feedback to candidates.
• Maintains job postings on job boards and social media.
• Builds candidate pipelines by researching community services, colleges, agencies and recruiters.
• Travels to field locations to conduct direct recruiting and build relationships with field partners.
• Improve retention and quality of hires through targeted sourcing strategies.
