Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a field recruitment specialist to manage the full lifecycle of hiring for field management roles, traveling to field locations to recruit talent and build pipelines for our partner locations.

You will source, interview, and extend offers, maintaining relationships with applicants and sourcing channels while collaborating with field leaders to improve retention and hire quality. This role requires regular travel and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS systems preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex assignments.

Responsibilities

• Sourc e passive and active talent through Indeed, LinkedIn and other tools.
• Conducts internal and external interviews and provides feedback to candidates.
• Builds pipelines of qualified talent and schedules interviews.
• Travel to field locations for direct, in-person recruiting to identify key talent.
