Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for field management roles, traveling to locations to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for our field partners.

You will source, recruit, and interview candidates from various channels, maintaining relationships with colleges, agencies, and job boards to meet hiring needs while reducing turnover through selective hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience preferred; strong sourcing instincts.
• Experience with ATS systems such as iCIMS is preferred.
• Strong project management and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process for field management positions.
• Travel to field locations to recruit and build talent pipelines.
• Sources, recruits and interviews internal and external candidates.
• Maintain relationships with recruiting sources and job fairs.
• Continuously refine recruiting practices for efficiency and quality.
