Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks an experienced recruiter to manage the full lifecycle for field management roles. You will source, interview, and hire internal and external candidates, building strong relationships with hiring teams and sourcing partners.

The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, proficiency with iCIMS or similar ATS, and the ability to travel up to 20% for talent operations across locations. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS systems.
• Strong project management and multi-search management skills.
• Excellent relationship management with both hiring teams and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active talent through online platforms and job boards.
• Conduct internal and external interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain job postings and recruiting materials across channels.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
• Build pipelines and develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with field management.
• Schedule interviews, make offers, and manage candidate communications.
• Travel up to 20% to support business needs.
