Job summary

North Country Business Products in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring a Field Support Technician to provide hands-on on-site and remote support for grocery, hospitality, and retail technology systems. You will troubleshoot POS hardware/software, install and deploy retail tech, and travel to client sites, with a company vehicle provided.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with hands‑on computer and technology experience who enjoys troubleshooting and working with hardware and software. Experience or familiarity with IT, networking, Wi‑Fi, computer hardware, and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Must Have:

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver who can troubleshoot issues independently.
• Networking fundamentals — understanding of basic networking concepts such as Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, IP addresses, routers, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Comfortable providing hands‑on technical support at client locations
