Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. is looking for a Field Support Representative to provide excellent service to customers and franchise owners, coordinating information from Sales to Operations and conducting site surveys for National Accounts.

You will initiate calls, schedule in-person walk-throughs, gather measurements, support billing questions, and help secure new accounts and service agreements. A strong service mindset and effective liaison with franchisees are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful background check.
• Experience in service or operations with strong customer service orientation.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and franchise owners.
• Sales and/or customer-facing experience in a service business.
• Able to liaise between franchise owners’ customers and the owners.
• Able to provide direction and advice to customers and Franchise Owners.
• Strong ethics and values; adheres to core values in all times.
• Able to read and interpret documents; proficient with email and Outlook.
• Calm under pressure; approachable.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to FBOs and schedule in-person walk-throughs for new and returning customers.
• Conduct walk-throughs with Franchise Owners for service changes.
• Survey new National Account properties to prepare for contracts.
• Perform scheduled surveys at National Account customers.
• Gather measurements for National Accounts or new services.
• Provide primary customer service and coordinate responses with FBOs.
• Document records and forms for FBOs and customers.
• Present and discuss Coverall Supply program to customers.
• Assist with paperwork for new accounts and equipment.
• Arrange one-time service agreements with customers for on-demand and preventive maintenance.
• Answer questions about monthly billing statements.
• Suggest and sell necessary supplies to franchise owners.
• Other duties as needed.
