Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Representative in Florida to support the Operations Department by delivering excellent customer service to customers and franchise owners.

You will coordinate information flow from Sales to Operations, answer inquiries, and conduct site surveys for National Accounts. You will also accompany Franchise Owners on walk-throughs, gather measurements, and help present and sell the Coverall Supply program, while assisting with paperwork for new

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and background check required.
• Experience in service/operations with strong customer service orientation preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and franchise owners.
• Previous sales and/or customer-facing experience in a service business.
• Ability to liaise between franchise owners’ customers and the owners.
• Ability to provide direction and advice to customers and franchise owners.
• Strong ethics and core values; remains professional under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; proficient with email and computers.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to franchise owners, schedule and conduct in-person walkthroughs for new customers and existing customers.
• Conduct walkthroughs with franchise owners for service changes.
• Perform initial walkthroughs of new National Account properties for new contracts.
• Schedule surveys for National Account customers.
• Gather measurements for new National Account customers or new services.
• Provide primary customer service support and coordinate responses with franchise owners.
• Document records and business forms for franchise owners and customers.
• Present and discuss Coverall Supply program to customers as needed.
• Collaborate with franchise owners to secure one-time service agreements.
