Job summary

Coverall is seeking a Field Customer Service Representative in Center Square, PA to support the Operations team and franchise owners. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule walkthroughs, collect measurements, and coordinate information between Sales and Operations to ensure accurate service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work with franchisees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and background check are required.
• Experience in service/operations with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and franchise owners.
• Sales and/or customer-facing experience in a service business.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and use email/outlook.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to FBOs, schedule and conduct in-person walkthroughs for new customers and returned inventory customers with Franchise Business owners.
• Conduct walkthroughs with Franchise Owners when a customer requests a change in service provider.
• Perform initial walkthroughs of National Account properties for new contracts prepping offers.
• Gather measurements for new National Account customers or new services.
• Provide primary customer service support and coordinate responses with FBOs for customer inquiries.
