Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. is hiring a Field Customer Service Representative in Pennsylvania. The role involves delivering excellent customer service to customers and franchise owners, coordinating information between Sales and Operations, and supporting National Accounts with on-site surveys.

The position requires strong communication, prior service/operations experience, and the ability to work with franchisees. A background check and valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful completion of a background check are required.
• Previous service/operations experience with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and franchise business owners.
• Previous sales and/or customer-facing experience in a service business.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to FBOs, schedule and conduct in-person walk-throughs for new customers.
• Conduct Walk through with Franchise Owners for service changes.
• Prepare initial walk-throughs of National Account properties for potential contracts.
• Perform scheduled surveys at National Account customers.
• Gather measurements for new National Account customers or services.
• Provide primary customer service support and coordinate responses with FBOs.
• Document records and forms for Franchise Owners and customers.
• Present and discuss Coverall Supply program to customers as needed.
• Support other duties to meet business needs.
