Job summary

Coverall is hiring a Field Service Representative to support our Operations Department by delivering excellent customer service to customers and franchise owners. The FSR coordinates information flow from Sales to Operations and conducts customer site surveys for National Accounts.

The role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform walk-throughs with franchise owners and schedule surveys. Coverall offers a base salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to FBOs, schedule and conduct in-person walk-throughs for new customers and returned inventory customers with Franchise Business owners.
• Conduct walk-through with Franchise Owners when customer requests a change in service provider.
• Conduct initial walk-through of new National Account properties in preparation for offering a commercial cleaning contract to a Coverall Franchised Business Owner.
