Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in mailroom or office environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Willing to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation or clean driving record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through understanding expectations and proactive problem resolution.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages on time.
• Package and process outgoing items and log shipments.
• Organize and distribute supplies and monitor inventory.
• Operate fax and copying equipment and maintain logs.
• Provide reception and light administrative support as needed.
• Assist site manager with tasks including setup of conference rooms and billing reports.
