Job summary

Solenis LLC in the United States is seeking a Support Engineer for our Pulp and Water division covering the New Hampshire/Maine territory. You will perform routine testing and monitoring at customer sites, compile reports, and help optimize chemical feeds.

The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, data analysis, equipment setup and maintenance, and close collaboration with site teams to deliver reliable performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or a technical field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to solve complex and non-routine technical problems
• Strong relationship management skills with customers
• Industry knowledge and ability to learn Solenis technologies quickly
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and monitoring at customer sites and enter data
• Interface with customers to understand chemical/equipment issues and provide solutions
• Manage product inventory and deliveries to process units
• Adjust chemical feed levels based on test results and compile trial data
• Alert site managers to problems or opportunities and begin troubleshooting
• Conduct expanded testing to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts
• Set up and troubleshoot monitoring and feed equipment
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure optimal program performance
• Receive training to perform lab testing, equipment repair/installation, and inventory control
