Job summary

Solenis is seeking a field-focused technician to perform routine testing and monitoring at customer sites across the New Hampshire/Maine territory. You will input data, prepare service reports, and interface with customers to resolve chemical and equipment issues.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, delivering chemicals, adjusting feeds, and troubleshooting to optimize program performance. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong MS Office skills and a clean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or other technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn industry Solenis technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and monitoring at customer sites and input data into reports.
• Interface with customers to understand chemical/equipment issues.
• Manage product inventory at the customer site and assist with deliveries.
• Adjust chemical feed levels based on testing to optimize performance.
• Alert site manager to issues and assist with troubleshooting.
