Job summary

C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a customer support center representative for our Field Support Office in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction by handling calls, emails, and texts related to our John Deere dealership products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Agriculture industry knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to use computer software (Microsoft Office, business systems, internet apps).
• Flexibility to travel to stores when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and use of available resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via telephone, email, text, and other channels.
• Diagnose product issues and propose solutions.
• Serve as an internal resource for dealership staff and customers.
• Make outbound calls for department initiatives and training.
• Participate in ongoing training and deliver training as needed.
• Meet contact center metrics and follow Case Management requirements.
