Qualifications

• 3 years or less experience in billing or customer service preferred.
• Strong Excel and Access proficiency; Word and Teams experience beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; billing applications experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing coordination for Lighting and Utility Services accounts.
• Serve as central liaison for multiple teams to ensure accurate monthly billing.
• Audit billing data and resolve customer disputes efficiently.
• Support collections through contact with past-due accounts and data validation.
