Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Field Support Analyst to ensure timely and accurate billing across Lighting and Smart Services, Video Surveillance, Colocation, and Utility Services. The role includes audits, disputes resolution, and supporting collections.

The candidate will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service, establish new LSSBU accounts, and ensure correct rates and riders. Onsite in Forest Park, GA with strong Excel/Access and CSS skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer Service or Marketing/Sales experience required.
• Experience in complex rates, processes, and/or billing applications is desired.
• Demonstrated technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate billing for LSSBU, Power and Utility Services accounts.
• Serve as liaison among Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service.
• Establish new LSSBU accounts and apply correct rate and rider combinations.
• Coordinate billing of new contracts, broken contracts, and other items for one-time and recurring charges.
• Review new unregulated commercial contracts to ensure all validations are complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation for customer accounts across multiple systems.
• Analyze billing results based on contracts and tariffs.
• Adhere to compliance regulations for billing adjustments and retain documentation.
• Assist internal customers with questions related to Lighting and Utility Services.
• Support the sales team to improve customer value.
• Assist with updating processes as new businesses are added.
