Job summary

4p-Consulting-Inc. is seeking a Field Support Analyst (Billing Analyst) for a 3-year engagement with Georgia Power, located at 260 Southfield Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297.

The role focuses on accurate billing across Lighting and Smart Services, Video Surveillance, Colocation, and Utility Services, with audits and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred), strong Excel/Access skills, and experience with complex billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with complex rates, processes and/or billing applications.
• Extensive CSS knowledge.
• Proficiency in advanced desktop applications (Excel, Access).
• Customer Service / Marketing-Sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Billing: ensure timely & accurate billing for LSSBU & Power & Utility Services accounts; coordinate with Marketing KAMs, National Accounts, Pricing & Rates, and regional teams.
• Compliance: validate new contracts, maintain billing documentation, and support CSS compliance.
• Billing Adjustments: adhere to compliance regs; use internal systems for offline calculations and monthly validation.
• Internal/External customer support: assist internal customers and support the sales team to improve customer value.
• New Business Support: assist with updating processes as new businesses are added.
