UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of Damage Prevention Technicians and drive performance across field operations. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards while coordinating with the Operations Center Manager and clients.

You will conduct regular performance reviews, mentor technicians, and participate in staffing decisions with HR. A strong emphasis on safety and timely project delivery is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all employees.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain working relationships with clients, excavators, regulators, employees, and the public.
• Assist Center Manager in identifying strengths and weaknesses of technicians.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a professional appearance.
• Validate and approve daily personnel time reports.
• Complete Job Safety Observations (JSO) of technicians.
• Ticket production and weekend work as needed.
