UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead the Damage Prevention Technicians in the Southeast Region, specifically supporting Brevard and Indian River Counties. You will manage workflows, schedule teams, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while aligning with company goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in utility locating, strong safety emphasis, and the ability to deliver field training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year or more of proven experience in utility locating or a similar field, with proven high quality results.
• Willingness to do overnight travel as needed (up to 50%).
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety in performance and attitude.
• Industry knowledge: utility mapping, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Ability to deliver effective field training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all employees.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure quality control.
• Conduct audits on field personnel to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide regular performance feedback and development opportunities for technicians.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, excavators, regulators, employees, and the public.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain professional appearance.
• Validate and approve daily personnel time reports.
• Complete JSOs and support weekend work as needed.
