UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee a team of Damage Prevention Technicians, manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance. This role reports to the Operations Center Manager and emphasizes safety, quality control, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate team leadership, workforce planning, and the ability to collaborate with HR and clients while ensuring safety standards and company goals are met.

Qualifikationen

• Completes and maintains all training.
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance at all shifts and training sessions.
• Perform work in all weather conditions, during normal and after hours.
• Regular use of hands and fingers to operate specialized equipment and tools.

Aufgaben

• Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians who are driven and understand the key performance indicators and economic engines of the business.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all employees.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure quality control is in place.
• Conduct audits on field personnel to ensure quality standards are being met.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback and development opportunities for technicians.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with clients, excavators, regulators, employees, and the public.
