UtiliQuest, LLC in Florida is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a Damage Prevention team in the Southeast Region. You will schedule, train, and evaluate Technicians while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in utility locating, strong mapping knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% overnight. You’ll collaborate with Field, HR, and Center leadership to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more of proven experience in utility locating with proven high quality results.
• Willingness to do overnight travel up to 50%.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Knowledge of utility mapping, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Ability to deliver effective field training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings for quality control.
• Audit field personnel to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Develop relationships with clients, excavators, regulators, employees, and the public.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain appearance.
• Validate and approve daily time reports.
• Mentor technicians and manage employee engagement and morale.
