Job summary

Clean Harbors in Newburgh, NY seeks a Field Service Foreman to supervise Field Technicians on emergency response, hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and related operations. You will lead safety-first field projects and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physically intensive role.
• Experience in a supervisory/crew lead or leadership role.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
• Must meet OSHA respirator facial hair standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor the Field Service Technicians.
• Execution of projects/jobs within budget and on time.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards or regulations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and resources for field service and emergency response.
• Manage large scale field service and emergency response projects when directed.
• Safe loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Attend compliance and safety update meetings.
