Job summary

Promera, a seasoned environment management solutions provider, seeks a Project Manager to oversee contracted services for a sub-contractor on a large active construction site. You’ll lead a crew of 4–8, establish daily goals, and coordinate with general contractors, trades, vendors, and the home office.

Candidates should have 3+ years of supervisory experience on construction projects, read blueprints, and communicate effectively; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising crew on construction sites.
• Experience managing subcontracted teams and projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and identify site/building names.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus; strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician as needed.
• Establish daily production goals based on the overall plan.
• Manage and assist in all work daily; crew size 4–8.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
