Promera is seeking a Project Manager in El Paso, TX to lead the execution of contracted services on a large active construction site. You will manage crew activities, interface with general contractors and vendors, and generate daily/weekly reports in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires overseeing a crew of 4–8, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with site leadership. OSHA-10/OSHA-30 are valued, and travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• 3+ years experience supervising crew.
• Experience in a similar position with focus on crew management.
• Attention to detail is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Performing duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician, as needed.
• Establishing daily production goals based on overall plan.
• Managing and assisting in all work daily - Crew size varies from 4 to 8 staff.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.
• Conducting weekly tool box talks.
• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
