Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor in Missouri to oversee on-site security professionals across remotely managed accounts. You will monitor post performance, ensure proper staffing, and maintain standards of hygiene and uniformity while coordinating with site supervision and operations managers.

The role requires driving responsibilities, strong reporting, and proactive leadership to support daily operations and client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and adjust staffing as needed.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist Scheduler with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to management; may help with investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction for HR? actions.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and communicate with operations.
