Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction supervision experience.
• Experience in underground construction, telecommunications, utilities, or related environments is preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safe, efficient work aligned with project plans and Ledcor safety requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, production, and quality to keep projects on track.
• Support daily safety planning, incident reporting, and investigations as needed.
• Coordinate field activities and maintain clear communication with the Superintendent and project team.
• Manage field-level issues and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
