Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction experience as a Foreman, Lead Hand, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating field activities with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable on active project sites and traveling to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and aligned with project plans.
• Promote safety culture through hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Monitor progress, production, locates, restoration plans, and quality requirements.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure schedule commitments are met.
• Build positive relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
