Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead daily field activities on assigned projects, working with the Superintendent, HS&E, and project teams to keep work moving safely and in line with plans and Ledcor safety standards.

You will coordinate field activities, monitor subcontractor performance, participate in safety planning, and assist with incident reporting and investigations while balancing safety, quality, production, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary training is an asset.
Three+ years of construction experience in a supervisory field role (Foreman/Lead Hand).
Experience in underground construction, utilities, or related project environments preferred.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills with crews and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field activities safely and efficiently per project plans and Ledcor safety requirements.
Promote safety culture through hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
Monitor progress, production, locates, and quality to keep projects on track.
Supervise subcontractor performance, including safety, schedule, and quality.
Build relationships with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Support access coordination and field-level issue resolution.
