Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage 4-7 trucks and oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring safety and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role includes supervising crew leads, ensuring Mass Save project coverage, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA 30 certification, and Mass Save/install experience.

Qualifications

Requires strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
2+ years of Mass Save install experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Manage Mass Save work and ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of projects; supervise the activities of 4-7 Crew Leads; conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback; ensure proper training.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitor work quality; ensure regulatory compliance; conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions; promote safety culture.
Administrative: Update CRM reports and inspections; achieve weekly revenue, NPS, documentation and quality targets; complete daily closeout inspections.
