Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee 4-7 trucks and day-to-day field operations, ensuring safety and delivering a great customer experience.

You will supervise crews, manage Mass Save work, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM and MS Office are essential; OSHA 30 and Lead Safe certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of HomeWorks university training.
• Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.
• Obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• 2+ years of Mass Save install experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mass Save work and ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of projects.
• Supervise the activities of 4-7 Crew Leads, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to safety and quality.
• Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback to management, and ensure crews receive proper training.
• Update CRM reports, cases, inputs, and truck inspections.
• Achieve weekly revenue, NPS, documentation, and quality targets.
• Complete daily closeout inspections.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
