Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily installation and fulfillment operations across assigned markets. You will verify technician readiness, distribute work, onboard crews, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high-quality results.

Travel up to 50% annually, mentor field staff, and participate in KPI/verification calls with clients and leadership, while maintaining safety standards and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications experience.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel +/-50% annually and work with varied schedules.
• Strong customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation and fulfillment operations for the assigned market.
• Verify technicians are logged in, have routes, and are ready to begin work; ensure first-call readiness.
• Distribute daily work and cover routes if needed; onboard new contractor crews.
• Monitor technician progress and perform on-site QC with coaching.
• Respond to client calls or escalations and support technicians on-site.
