Job summary

TAK Broadband in El Paso, TX seeks a Project Supervisor to support the Construction Manager in aerial and underground fiber builds. You will perform field visits, prepare reports, deliver excellent customer service, and help with budgeting and project planning.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety and quality standards, coordinating labor/material needs, and maintaining project documentation. Travel up to 50% may be required, with evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with fiber optic cabling (blowing, splicing)
• Experience with aerial and underground telecom construction and fiber/coax
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to ensure safety, quality and productivity
• Assist with budgeting and project planning
• Define labor/material needs and permitting requirements
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Provide excellent customer experience daily
• Support quality control and safety audits
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
