Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead day-to-day installation and fulfillment operations in the Vineland, NJ area. You will ensure technicians are ready, route-ready, and perform QA checks while coordinating with client leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications experience.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel daily +/- 50% annually and handle varying schedules.
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teams.
• Strong communication and feedback delivery abilities.
• Desire to grow and develop team members.
• Comfort in diverse environments and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation/fulfillment operations in the assigned market.
• Verify technicians are logged in, have routes, and are ready to begin on time.
• Distribute or reassign work; cover routes as needed.
• Participate in onboarding of new contractor crews.
• Monitor technician progress using workforce management tools.
• Perform on-site quality checks and provide coaching.
• Respond to client calls or escalations and support troubleshooting.
