Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications experience.
• Ability to travel daily +/- 50% annually.
• Strong customer service, time management and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation/fulfillment operations in the market.
• (Verify technicians are logged in, have routes, and ready to begin work; confirm first-call readiness).
• Distribute daily work and reallocate tasks as needed; onboard new contractor crews.
• Monitor progress using workforce management tools and perform on-site QC checks.
• Support technicians by phone or on-site to resolve issues and coach.
• Participate in KPI/verification calls with client and leadership.
• Ensure safety standards and proper documentation; travel to project sites as needed.
• Be the market expert and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality standards.
