Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications construction experience (drop bury knowledge).
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel daily and be the escalation point for the market.
• Excellent customer service, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to all laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned market.
• Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
• Be the market expert and field resource, spending most time in the field.
• Participate in onboarding of new contractor crews.
• Review completed work and provide feedback monthly.
• Support warehouse teams with equipment tracking and collection.
• Ensure resources and equipment are secured and maintained.
• Maintain safety as the top priority and ensure compliance with laws.
• Strive to exceed client and company performance metrics.
• Work in varied environments and provide excellent customer experiences.
