Job summary

Sundt is seeking a qualified Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day field activities, supervise craft employees and subcontractors, and align with the project schedule. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, quality, and adherence to the project management plan across self-perform or subcontracted work on major construction sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating RFI responses, managing equipment and methods, and driving daily progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings and RFI with design conflicts; manage Quality Control and Safety; oversee subcontractors.
• Assist with selection of equipment, construction methods, and sequencing of operations.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and implement LEAN planning.
• Perform daily risk management analyses with project leaders to ensure timely mitigation.
